Marching Show Design

I now offer the option to help your team with your show design using my "Formula". We will work together to completely design your show before the season starts to ensure there's no questions before teaching the show to your band.

Marching Band Visuals & Choreography

Although I may not live within driving distance, technology allows me to teach your band the extra visuals and choreography that is almost a requirement for competitive marching ensembles now. The visuals will be recorded on video and uploaded and sent to you to review and teach, or for the students to learn from. Each visual will have a specified place in the drill charts as well as counts and measure numbers.

Winter Guard and Percussion Drill

Pyware 3D Java allows me to write for any size field or floor. I can add customized floor images and props to allow your indoor show to be learned faster and easier than ever before. I will work closely with your color guard or percussion instructor to write and organize your next indoor ensemble's show.

Basic Marching Style and Movement

Together with Dr.James Myers, I have been studying and developing a marching style which is both easy to learn and safe for your students. Some current marching styles, while traditional, contribute to injuries and long term joint issues. The style I endorse is a simple, easy, and clean style that helps your members stay stable one the move while being safe. (Must provide transportation and accommodations.)

Drill Design Clinic

My Drill Design Clinic is great for future music educators who may not be able to hire a drill writer in their first years of teaching. In the clinic I demonstrate the fundamentals of using Pyware 3D Java to write drill and go in depth to explain "The Formula" for marching show design. (Must provide transportation and accommodations.)
